We concentrated so closely on SPX that some people did not pay enough attention to QQQ which for DeMark challenged completed Combo Countdown Sell on monthly ... not too chubby indeed.

 

With the sad feeling I am trading short side now, it is not just a trade anymore - it is a fear that social unrests we anticipated when QE smoking world will sober up to unveil ...

Hard to believe that I live in the more police state than my motherland Russia ... so sad indeed...

Hourly /ES Channel

Thursday / Friday ramp set me back almost to the square one, but I stick with short bias for now. below is 4 hours interval channel /ES was riding since the top on May 22nd

But the way things going here one day we might find out and the answer will not be the one we will like…

Similarities between New Normal in USA and home country I have left precisely because of the same reasons are astounding…

At least while waiting for the answer I can enjoy watching short position (I added a little on Friday before market close)

SPX monthly

As Wallfly pointed out in comments section of the last post, my charting software was in la-la land (may be it was me) and we do have monthly Setup sell as well as Combo 13 sell countdown.

At the same time RSI during new highs sloping down - in the old time traditional market it would suggest quite unhealthy market internals, but in FED propped "let 1% prosper" reality it does not really matter anymore.

 

 

 

I would really love to see similar countdowns on multiple timeframes, so I will be watching like a hawk and acting accordingly

 

 

 

Disclosure - I entered weekend with substantial short indexes position which I kept building till market close

 

May 20th update

Bleeding on my SPX short position, leveling it by short Gold position, only 30% of portfolio committed with no leverage at all… none said that catching the top was easy.

Just a quick note - was kind of interesting to see intraday low around 385 and then up we go...

I do think it is just a bounce off support to take as much of market's money as possible - but way down is not over yet according to monthly countdown in progress... of course it might end abruptly, 'nottin is curved in stone

 

As for market correction, "within next few months" is still in cards, on SPY monthly we have 12 - waiting on 13 :)

Coming home to roost or the story of (CWB)

 

It is strange how many charts on so many timesframes say the very same story -

correction is upon us.

You'd better. Because what I think is about to happen - on a bigger magnitude - within the next two months - we will start corrective wave down - quite possible when I look at monthly SPX chart.

 

Based on Daily chart we might start short term correction about now

 

 

 

Weekly is entertaining as well

And for you Apploid_Shizoids - APPL has way to go to around 380 area, sorry DeMark - your prediction of 440 and "may be as early as today will go up" did not work out ... for about 2 months now?

 

 

 

P.S. After posting I went to see how it looks on what used to be a refuge place for many great sane minds (one might say - "insane" - we believed in doctrine of partially free market once) - and what I saw almost made me cry ... well, almost ... cry...

SO great to see that some of you are still around, still brave enough to hope - because we DO hope WHILE we criticize, but all is lost when we are indifferent.
