Canada suspends visas for residents of west African Ebola outbreak countries

Canada, which has not reported any cases of Ebola so far, will not process visa applications from those who have been to ... who have been in an Ebola-affected country within the previous three months.
Cannot help, but wonder – why I don’t see mention of that in American mass media?
